Is there a subscription or membership fee?
No. The account is free; you only pay for the videos you order. The offer shows the services and a single total. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout.
Can I open a campaign, or do I have to message every creator one by one?
You can do both with the same account. In a campaign you write your requirements in 3 steps and set a min–max amount per creator. Matching creators get an invite, say I'm in and pick their price in your range, and you choose. Your first campaign is reviewed by our team (target: 12 hours).
What happens if I don't like the video?
Don't approve it; ask for changes instead. The creator uploads a new version, and the money stays in the pool until you approve. If you can't agree, our team hears both sides and decides.
How do I send the product to the creator?
The creator shares their address in the order and you ship the product. When it arrives they tap "I have the product", and the delivery date moves forward automatically if needed.
Which payment methods can I use?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, mada) or your wallet balance. Card payments go through Moyasar; we don't keep your card details.
What happens to my money if I cancel?
In a campaign: if work has not started, the creator is paid 10% of the order and the rest goes back to your wallet. If production has started, the creator is paid in full.
Can I contact the creator outside the platform?
Phone numbers and emails are hidden in chat so the agreement stays on the platform, where your money is protected. Once an order starts, the address and courier phone needed for shipping can be shared.
I'm an agency with several clients. How do I use it?
Create a sub-brand for each client. Each sub-brand has its own chats and orders, you switch between them from the top bar, and all the work stays in one account.
