Say how the product gets there.
- Ship it or skip shipping. If you ship, the delivery time starts the day the product reaches the creator.
- Add the product page. The creator sees the link in the brief and checks the details.
- Show it in the first 3 seconds. The template text starts with that; change it as you like.
- The template text is ready. If you switch templates, what you wrote stays; only the purple section changes.

Does the creator need to have the product already?
No. Pick "I will ship it" and the selected creator's address opens in the order. If the creator already has it, pick "No shipping needed".
When does the delivery time start?
If you ship, the day the product reaches the creator; you get a notification when they say "Product arrived". The average delivery time creators set is 3 days; across the platform, the average from order to delivery is 5 days including shipping.
Can several creators show the same product?
Yes. Open a campaign with the Product showcase template and set the number of creators. Invites go out in waves; you pick from those who say I'm in, and each gets a separate order.
How many times can I ask for changes?
There's no cap. The creator uploads a new version, and the money stays in the pool until you approve. If you can't agree, the PushBrands team steps in.
Can I use the video in my own ads?
Yes. Every order delivers the video file; download the video you approved and use it in your own ads account. If you also want it on the creator's account, add a posting service to the offer.
