Why is the profile time shorter?The delivery time on a creator's profile (average 3 days) is the time they give for filming. The 5 days is measured from the moment the order opens until delivery, so it includes the days the product spends in transit. For work with a deadline, ship the product early.

What happens if I don't like the video?
Ask for changes; there is no cap. You write what should change and the creator sends a new version. If you can't agree even though the work matches the brief, the PushBrands team joins the chat and decides. The money waits in the pool until you approve.
How do I send the product to the creator?
The creator shares their address in the order and you ship the product. When it arrives they tap "I have the product", and the delivery date moves forward automatically if needed.
What if delivery runs late?
Either side can propose a new delivery date in chat, and the old date stands until the other side accepts. No payment goes to the creator until you approve. If you can't agree, our team steps in, and for an order that is never delivered the money comes back to your wallet.
What if I change my mind after the order opens?
Tell the creator in chat first. If you can't settle it between you, our team reviews the order and decides; the money stays in the pool meanwhile. In a campaign, if work hasn't started the creator is paid 10% of the order and the rest goes back to your wallet.
What is included in the price?
Exactly what the offer lists: the videos and any extras such as an extra hook, voiceover or a post on the creator's account. Many creators include extras at no charge. You see a single total; only VAT is added at checkout.
Which payment methods are there?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, mada) or your wallet balance. Card payments go through Moyasar; we don't keep your card details.
Can I talk to the creator by phone or WhatsApp?
No. Phone numbers and emails are hidden in chat so the agreement stays on the platform, where your money is protected; payments made outside the platform are not covered. Once an order starts, the address and courier phone needed for shipping can be shared.
Is there a subscription or membership fee?
No. The account is free; you only pay for the videos you order. Prices exclude VAT; VAT is added at checkout.
