Can a creator come and film at my venue?

The creator sets the delivery time on the profile; the platform average is 3 days.
Are creators in Al-Ahsa more expensive than elsewhere?
No. Each creator sets their own price, and the average in Al-Ahsa is 300 SAR, the same as across the platform. Most creators here charge 200–500 SAR.
Can I send my product to a creator outside Al-Ahsa?
Yes. For product showcases and unboxing the city doesn't matter; all 5,000+ creators are candidates. The creator shares their address, you ship the product and they say "Product arrived". If needed, the delivery date moves forward on its own.
What if the creator I chose doesn't come, or my plan changes?
A creator can step back before the product is shipped; the money stays in the pool and the offer goes to a backup candidate. In a campaign, if you cancel before work starts, the creator gets 10% of the order and the rest returns to your wallet; once production starts, it's paid in full. Either side can propose a new date, and the team steps in if you can't agree.
Can I find male creators?
Yes. 300+ of the 5,000+ creators are men. Filter by gender in the panel's creator list or in your campaign audience. Automotive and Digital & apps have the highest share of men.
When does the payment go to the creator?
When you approve the video. You pay by card (Visa, Mastercard, mada) or from your wallet, and the money waits in the pool. You can ask for changes, with no cap; when you approve, the money goes to the creator. If you can't agree, the PushBrands team steps in.
