Write your requirements. Matching creators say I'm in. You choose.
Write the brief and the budget range per creator once. Matching creators get an invite; you choose among those who say I'm in.

Need 4 or more creators? Open a campaign.
For 1–3 videos with a specific face in mind, a direct order is faster.

Write the brief from a template and pick who sees it.
The wizard has 3 steps: What you want, Who and budget, Preview and pay. Money only moves at the last step, when you publish.
Pick a template; enter the product, what should be filmed and sample videos. For an unboxing you can ask for the product to arrive sealed.

Category, city, gender, age, follower range and the services you want. Creators who don't match these requirements get no invite.
Give a range per creator; see how many match before you publish.
The budget is entered in the same step as the audience. The live estimate shows how many creators match your requirements, the first wave and when the shortlist will fill, before you publish.
A range is filled from the prices of creators who match your audience; change it if you like. Creators whose normal price is in the range get invited.
If the match count is low, the live estimate says what to change: raise the ceiling, add a city or category, widen the age range or pick fewer services.
You see the summary, where the money goes and when it comes back. When you hit "Move to pool and publish", the amount goes to the pool; if your balance is short, you top up the rest by card.

Creator app · invite screen
Invites go out in waves; matching creators say I'm in.
Invites go out by a weighted draw based on category fit, portfolio, on-time delivery, reply speed and rating; 25% is reserved for new creators, so your list isn't always the same faces. An invited creator says I'm in and picks their price in the range, or passes with no penalty.
Watch those who said I'm in, message them, choose.
You can leave a passed creator a reason and a short note that only they see. If you pass because of price, they only see "the price didn't fit this campaign" and never see other creators' prices.

Track every order on one screen and approve deliveries in bulk.
A separate order opens for each selected creator. The creator confirms their address and you ship; you can add the courier and tracking number if you like. The delivery time starts when the creator taps "I have the product". Moodboard, delivery, change requests and approval work in chat, just like a direct order.

Money waits in the pool; what isn't used goes back to your wallet.
The amount set aside when you publish goes to the pool, not to creators. Each creator is paid when you approve their video.
Ghaida300 SAR
Reem450 SAR
Abdulrahman400 SAR
Hawazin350 SARSample values. If you had finished with 3 creators instead of 4 slots, the empty slot's 450 SAR would also come back when selection ended.
They can drop out before the product ships. The slot is offered on the same terms to a candidate who said I'm in, wasn't selected and wasn't passed by you. You're never asked to pay more; if no backup is found, that slot's money goes back to your wallet.
If a creator doesn't deliver, the money for that job goes back to your wallet.
Questions about campaigns
Can't find your answer? Message the team on WhatsApp or read the step-by-step guides in the Help center.
What if nobody says I'm in, or the list fills slowly?
When the list fills slowly, the panel shows how many creators each change would add: raise the budget ceiling, add a city, widen the age range or move to selection with the candidates you have. If nobody says I'm in, the campaign closes and the whole pool goes back to your wallet.
Can I change a live campaign?
Yes. If you change the requirements, creators who already said I'm in are asked to confirm again; those who don't confirm drop off the list.
Can a payment ever exceed my budget?
No. The pool is set at your number of creators × your maximum amount, and no creator can pick a price above your range. A backup creator who replaces someone also works on the same terms, so you're never asked to pay more.
Do I ship the product to each creator separately?
Yes. Each selected creator has their own order and confirms their address in it. You ship to each one and can add the courier and tracking number on the production board.
Can I message everyone who said I'm in at once?
Yes. You send a single announcement; each creator sees it in their own chat, and you keep one line in Messages.
What happens when the campaign ends?
When every order is closed, the campaign completes on its own. Unused money has already gone back to your wallet, and you can reopen it with "Similar new campaign".

Drafts are free. Money only goes to the pool when you publish; the unused part comes back to your wallet.
