The creator opens a discount: time-limited, as a percentage or an amount. When a creator in your favorites goes on discount you get notified; on the card the discount shows in green.

Is the price on the card the price I pay?
Yes. The price on the creator card in the panel and the total in the offer is what you pay; only VAT is added at checkout, with no commission or service fee line. If you pick a paid extra service, it shows as a separate line in the offer and is part of the total.
Is there a monthly fee or membership?
No. The account is free; you only pay for offers you accept.
Can I order a single video?
Yes. There is no minimum and no monthly commitment; you can order one video from one creator.
Do change requests cost extra?
No. Change requests aren't billed and there is no cap on how many you ask for; the creator uploads a new version and the money stays in the pool until you approve.
Why is the maximum amount set aside in a campaign?
So that every creator who says I'm in at any price within your range can be paid without asking you again. Once you confirm your selection, the price difference comes back to your wallet, and money for empty slots comes back when selection ends.
Is shipping included in the total?
No. You ship the product to the creator with your own courier; the platform charges no shipping fee.
Can I get a lower price?
Prices are set by creators, and many run time-limited discounts; add creators to your favorites and you get notified when they go on discount. In a campaign you set the range yourself, and only creators whose normal price fits it are invited.
What happens if I cancel a campaign order?
Before selection the whole pool comes back. After selection, if the product hasn't shipped, the creator is paid 10% of the order and the rest comes back to your wallet; once production starts, the order is paid in full.
