Invoices and company details
Every wallet top-up has a receipt you can download right away. If you need a tax invoice, request it with your company details; it is issued within 30 business days.

- Receipts are ready as soon as the payment goes through.
- Tax invoices need your company name, VAT number, country and address.
- Request the invoice while topping up or later from your purchase history.
Receipts
Open Wallet › Purchase history. Each top-up has a Download receipt link as soon as the payment is complete.
Requesting a tax invoice
You can ask for an invoice in two places:
- While topping up: turn on I want an invoice before you pay.
- Later: in purchase history, choose Request invoice on that top-up.
Fill in:

When the invoice is ready
The invoice is issued within 30 business days. Its status shows Pending until then and Completed when it's ready, with a Download invoice link in purchase history.
When you pay an order by card, the card tops up your wallet with exactly the missing amount and the order is paid from the wallet. That card payment appears in purchase history too, with its receipt and the option to request an invoice.
