Withdrawing your earnings as a creator
When a brand approves your video, the money moves to your wallet. Add your bank details once, request a withdrawal and the transfer arrives in 2–7 business days.

In short
- You need a Saudi IBAN in the name on your freelance document.
- Withdraw 25%, 50%, 100% or any amount of your available balance.
- You get a receipt number right away and a transfer receipt when it's paid.
When money reaches your wallet
Payment for an order moves from the pool to your wallet when the brand accepts your delivery. In a campaign, it can also come from a cancellation after work started, or 10% of the order if the brand cancelled before it started.
Add your bank details once
Open Wallet and choose Add bank details:
- Bank name
- Account holder name
- City
- IBAN: a Saudi IBAN of 24 characters starting with SA
The account holder name must match your freelance work document, to avoid problems with the transfer later.
Request a withdrawal
- 1Choose Withdraw in your wallet.
- 2Pick 25%, 50% or 100% of your available balance, or type an amount.
- 3Tap Request withdrawal. You get a receipt number and can download a PDF receipt.
After you request
| Status | What it means |
|---|---|
| Pending | The team is reviewing the request |
| Approved | The transfer is being prepared |
| Paid | The money was sent; view the transfer receipt |
| Rejected | The reason is shown on the request |
Transfers take 2–7 business days. If the amount was adjusted, the request shows the original amount, the new amount and the reason.
