Deleting your account
You can delete your account yourself from Settings › Privacy & security. Finish open orders and settle your balance first, then confirm with a code sent to your phone.

In short
- Deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
- Open orders, money in the pool, a wallet balance or a pending withdrawal block deletion.
- Access to your connected TikTok and Instagram accounts is revoked.
Before you delete
Your account can't be deleted while any of these is open:
| Blocker | What to do |
|---|---|
| Active orders | Complete or cancel them |
| Money held in the pool | Wait until those orders are approved or settled |
| A positive wallet balance | Creators withdraw it; brands contact the team about it |
| A pending withdrawal | Wait until it is paid |
Step by step
- 1Sign in and open Settings › Privacy & security.
- 2Choose Delete My Account.
- 3Pick the reason you're leaving and add details if asked.
- 4Tap Send Verification Code. We send a 6-digit code to your registered phone number.
- 5Enter the code and confirm. Your account is deleted.
What happens to your data
Access tokens for linked platforms such as TikTok and Instagram are revoked, and your data is removed in line with the privacy policy. Records we must keep for financial and tax reasons, such as invoices, are kept for as long as the law requires. See what data we keep and why.
