Agencies: sub-brands in one account
Agencies keep every client in their own space inside one account. Each sub-brand has its own chats, orders and campaigns, and a switcher in the top bar moves between them.
On this page
- Add a client by name and complete the details later.
- In a client's view you see only that client's work.
- Archive a client when the work is done and restore them when you need to.
Adding a sub-brand
- 1Open the account menu and choose Sub Brands.
- 2Tap Create sub brand and enter the client's name.
- 3Add the contact person, tax number and address now or later.
The three views
The switcher in the top bar opens three views:
| View | What you see |
|---|---|
| Main company | Work the agency orders in its own name |
| Client | Only that client's chats, orders and campaigns |
| All Brands | Every client's work in one list, for a weekly check |
In the All Brands view you can't start a new chat, offer or campaign: pick the client first, so work never lands in the wrong client's space.
Archiving and restoring
When the work with a client ends, archive them from sub brand details. Restore them whenever you need them again; their history stays.
Ordering for a client
The order flow is the same in every view. Offers show one total, so you can put the price in front of your client as it is. For many videos with one brief, open a campaign in that client's view. The agencies page has more examples.
