When to open a campaign instead of single orders
A campaign is for many videos with the same brief. Matching creators are invited for you, say I'm in at a price within your range, and you choose who makes the videos.

In short
- Single orders: you pick the creator and agree in chat.
- Campaign: you write the brief once and choose from creators who said I'm in.
- The budget waits in the pool; what you don't use comes back to your wallet.
Single orders or a campaign
| Single orders | Campaign | |
|---|---|---|
| Best for | One or a few videos | Many videos with one brief |
| Who finds the creators | You | Invites go to matching creators |
| Price | Each creator's offer | Each creator picks a price within your range |
| Payment | Per order, when you accept | The budget goes to the pool when you publish |
How a campaign works
- 1You write the brief from a template and set a budget range per creator. See creating a campaign.
- 2Invites go out in waves to creators who match. See how invites go out.
- 3Creators say I'm in at a price within your range, with a short note.
- 4You choose. You can message candidates first. See choosing creators.
- 5Orders open and you follow them on the production board: shipping, deliveries and approvals. See the production board.
When a single order is better
- You already know which creator you want.
- You need one video quickly.
- Every video needs a different brief.
