How invites go out in waves

For brands and creators2 min read

Campaign invites go out in waves to creators who match your settings. Each wave has a deadline, and the next wave goes out only when it's needed.

In short
  • Creators whose usual price fits your range and who match your conditions are invited.
  • A share of invites is kept for creators new to the platform.
  • No waves or reminders go out between 23:00 and 09:00 Riyadh time.

Who gets invited

A creator can be invited when they match your conditions (such as city and age), their usual price fits your range, they have campaign invites turned on and they aren't on vacation or at their limit of active jobs. Creators also need at least 2 vertical videos on their profile.

How the waves work

  1. 1The first wave goes to a group of matching creators, in order of their queue points.
  2. 2Each invite has a deadline. It is set so there is time for your selection, shipping and filming before the delivery date, and it ends at 23:00 Riyadh time.
  3. 3The next wave goes out when the previous one closes and the shortlist isn't full yet.
  4. 4When the shortlist is full, no new wave goes out; invites already sent stay open until they expire.

25% of invites are kept for creators who are new to the platform, so the same faces don't get every job. Creators who weren't reached this time gain queue points for next time.

Quiet hours

Between 23:00 and 09:00 Riyadh time no waves or reminders are sent.

If the campaign fills slowly

When fewer creators are saying I'm in than you need, the campaign page suggests changes that would reach more people: a higher maximum price, another city, a wider age range or no gender condition. You can also start choosing with the creators you have. See changing a live campaign.
