Changing a live campaign

For brands and creators1 min read

You can widen a published campaign until you confirm your selection. Some changes ask creators who already said I'm in to confirm again, and you see how many before you save.

In short
  • Widening is allowed: higher budget, more cities, wider age, no gender condition.
  • Narrowing the audience or rewriting the brief isn't possible after publishing.
  • Creators who don't reconfirm leave the list without any penalty.

What you can change

Until you confirm your selection, you can make the campaign reach more creators:

  • Raise the maximum price per creator. The extra amount moves from your wallet to the pool.
  • Add cities.
  • Widen the age range.
  • Remove a gender condition.

New creators who match are invited in the next wave. Invites that were already sent keep the range they were sent with.

When creators must confirm again

Creators who said I'm in are asked to confirm the new terms when:

  • the number of videos changes,
  • the delivery date moves earlier, or
  • their price falls outside the new range.

Before you save, the campaign shows how many creators will be asked. They have the campaign's reply time to confirm, with a reminder. While they decide, they can't be picked and don't count toward the shortlist. When they confirm, they pick their price again within the new range.

If a creator doesn't confirm

They leave the candidate list. They can't stay on the old terms, and silence isn't taken as a yes. Leaving this way isn't counted as Not this time and doesn't affect their reliability.

What you can't change

Narrowing the audience, such as removing a city or shortening the age range, and editing the brief text aren't possible after publishing. If the brief has to change, close the campaign and open a new one.
