Signing in and resetting your password
Sign in with your email and password. If you forget your password, reset it with a code on WhatsApp or a link by email.

In short
- Passwords need at least 8 characters with an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter and a number.
- The reset code is 6 digits and arrives on WhatsApp.
- Change your password any time in Settings › Privacy & security.
Signing in
Use the email and password you signed up with: brand sign-in or creator sign-in. The app uses the same account.
Resetting a forgotten password
- 1On the sign-in page, choose Forgot password.
- 2Enter your phone number to get a 6-digit code on WhatsApp. If you don't remember the number, choose Use email instead and we send a reset link to your email.
- 3Enter the code, or open the link.
- 4Set a new password and sign in.
If the link says it is invalid or expired, request a new one.
Changing your password
Open Settings › Privacy & security, enter your current password and the new one twice, then tap Update password.
Keeping your account safe
- Use a password you don't use anywhere else.
- PushBrands never asks for your password or a verification code in chat or on WhatsApp.
- If you think someone else signed in to your account, change your password and contact support.
