Agreeing on the idea with a moodboard
The moodboard is a shared board inside the order where you and the creator collect references, notes and comments, then approve the idea before filming.
On this page
- Add images, videos, text, sticky notes and shapes, and comment on any of them.
- Share the board when it's ready; the other side can comment and approve.
- An approved board can be reopened for edits at any time.
Why use it
Most change requests come from a different picture in each side's head. A moodboard puts the references in one place before filming starts: the look, the opening shot, what must be said and what to avoid.
Step by step
- 1Open the order and go to Moodboard. Either side can start it.
- 2Add references. Images or videos you like, text with the key messages, sticky notes and shapes to group ideas.
- 3Use the AI assistant if you want a first draft of ideas to react to.
- 4Share with the other side. The status moves from Draft to Shared.
- 5Comment and agree. Pin comments on any element and resolve them as you go.
- 6Approve. The board shows Approved. If plans change, choose Reopen for edits.
