Reviewing a delivery: approve or ask for changes
The creator delivers in the chat. Watch the video, then accept and complete the order or ask for changes. The creator is paid only when you accept.

Step by step
- 1Open the delivery in the chat. You get a notification when it arrives.
- 2Watch the video in full, with sound, and read the creator's note.
- 3Compare it with what you agreed: the offer, the brief and the moodboard if you used one.
- 4Decide. Tap Accept and complete if it's right, or Request changes if something needs fixing.
When you accept
The order is completed and the payment moves from the pool to the creator's wallet. You can then rate the creator and write a review; see ratings and reviews.
When you ask for changes
Write clearly what should change, ideally with the second in the video. The creator updates the delivery and sends a new version to the same chat. See how change requests work.
If you don't decide
The order isn't approved automatically. The money stays in the pool and the delivery stays in your chat until you come back. The creator may remind you, so try to answer within a few days.
