How change requests work
Brands can ask for changes on a delivery as many times as needed; there is no cap. Here is how to ask well, and what happens if the two sides disagree.
On this page
- Change requests aren't limited by number.
- The money waits in the pool while changes are made.
- If the creator thinks the work already matches the brief, the team can look.
How it works
- 1The brand taps Request changes on the delivery and writes what should change.
- 2The creator sees the note in the chat and gets a notification.
- 3The creator sends a new version to the same order.
- 4The brand reviews it again and accepts it or asks for more changes.
Writing a good change request
- Say exactly what to change and where: "Show the product label at 0:04", not "make it better".
- Keep to what you agreed in the offer, the brief or the moodboard.
- Put everything in one request instead of one change at a time.
Changes vs. new work
A change request fixes the agreed video. If you want something new, such as a different script, another product or an extra video, ask the creator for a new offer. They can send one in the same chat.
If you disagree
If the creator believes the delivery already matches the brief, either side can ask the PushBrands team to look. The team compares the delivery with the brief, the offer and the chat, then decides. The money stays in the pool meanwhile. See if you and the other side disagree.
