Messaging a creator and getting an offer
Write to the creator, explain what you need and ask for an offer. The offer arrives in the same chat with the services, the delivery date and one total.

- Not happy with it? Ask for changes to the price, timeline or scope.
Starting the chat
Open the creator's profile or a video in Discovery and write a message. Tell them what the product is, what kind of video you want, where it will be used and when you need it. A link to a video you like helps more than a long description.
You can also tap Request offer. The creator gets a notification and sends the offer in your chat. You can have one open offer request with a creator at a time.
What the offer contains
- The services and their quantity, for example 2 videos with an extra hook each.
- Any add-ons the creator offers.
- The delivery date.
- An order name and a note from the creator.
- One total. VAT is added at checkout.
If the offer isn't right
Tap Request changes on the offer and choose what should change: price, timeline, scope or something else, with a short note. The creator sends a revised offer in the same chat. Nothing is charged until you accept.
